Gustov the rooster crowing

We know mornings can sometimes be the hardest part of the day, which is why we’re creating a new program: Wake Up Call. Each day, we’ll be sharing a bit of inspiration and motivation to get you going.

Our newest mascot is Gustav, a happy-go-clucky Rhode Island Red Rooster. He’ll be checking in with you, suggesting 2-minute meditations, and offering supportive suggestions for the early bird in you.

Let’s face each day together and start it with some kernels that will brighten your mood and put a peck in your step.

Make sure you’re following us on Facebook  or Twitter to see the latest post each morning.
