7 Cups of Tea
7 Cups connects people to trained volunteer listeners through their website. Everything you say is anonymous and confidential. They aim to help people develop problem solving skills to get through tough times. They also have group supports and community forums.
Samaritans
You can get support through the Samaritans in the UK through a phone call, email, or letter. In the US you can call (877) 870-4673) or text.
Buddy Help
Trained volunteer listeners provide free emotional support online through Buddy Help.
Remedy Live
Remedy Live offers faith based online chat with a SoulMedic. You can also text 494949 from the US.
The Hope Line
If you’re struggling with a problem and need someone to talk to, you can talk to a Hope Coach over chat, on the phone, or over email. They focus on providing support and advice to young adults. They will offer to pray for you and have a prayer list.

Carers UK Listening Support Service
The Listening Support Service offered by Carers UK offers a series of four 30 minute calls with volunteers trained to provide emotional support and referrals.
Conversation in Isolation
Conversation in Isolation is a service for people in Australia during the COVID pandemic. You can sign up online (or by calling 0492 837 888 or emailing conversationinisolation@gmail.com). They’ll match you with a student volunteer and schedule a time for ongoing support.
